Bad Cop


This is a Bad-Cop character I came up with for no real purpose other than to draw. A friend named him Tiberius Jenkins and it just stuck. I got the inspiration from Ice-T's character on Law & Order. In retrospect I wish I had made him look dirtier and more war-torn, but these were drawn a while ago and I hate to alter my past work.
This was done with Pen & Ink on card-stock.

Lincoln in Color
